CRM leader. Developer. Curious maker.

Good technology starts
with understanding people.

I lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery, build software that makes work simpler, and turn a few after-hours ideas into something real.

Dynamics 365Power Platform.NET & BlazorAzureTeam leadership

A technical background.
A people-first perspective.

I’m a CRM Manager at Clarion Housing Group, leading a team of 14 working across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. My career in housing technology has taken me from the service desk through applications, integration engineering and into leadership.

That journey shapes how I work: understand the problem, connect the right people, and build something useful. I care as much about a team’s confidence and clarity as I do about the quality of its code.

My focus spans platform architecture, reliable delivery, integration and governance—helping technical decisions make sense for the people who depend on them.

01

Make complexity useful.

Connect systems and simplify processes so technology supports the work people actually need to do.

02

Build the team, too.

Create clarity through coaching, shared knowledge, thoughtful roles and space for people to grow.

03

Keep asking better questions.

Stay hands-on, test assumptions and explore where AI and automation can make a practical difference.

Problems worth solving.
Ideas worth building.

A mix of professional focus areas and personal software projects.

Curiosity doesn’t
clock off.

I enjoy the space where technology meets creativity—and where an idea becomes something you can use, hold or share.
